Attack
Meat- eater were build to kill, attacking their
victims with sharp teeth and
slashing claws.
Defense
Plant-eater defended themselves in many different
ways. Some lived in herds, some relied on speed to escaped, while other
develop armour and horns for fighting off enemies.
- Some Plant-eating dinosaurs, called ceratopions
like Triceratops,
Chasmosarus, and
Styracosaurs
developed horns and bony frills to protect themselves. they may have
charged at enemies like a rhinoceros.
- Plant-eating ankylosaurs protected themselves
with armour-like skin and bony spikes.
Ankylosaurus was the size of
a tank. If attack, it crouched down to protect its soft belly and
lashed out with the bony club on the end of its tails.

Stegosaurus was well protected from enemies with
huge bony plates along its back and four long sharp spikes on its
thick tail. A blow from its tail could seriously injure, or even
kill an attacker.
